Fit for Life’s Premier CrossFit and Fitness Facilities

Welcome to The Fit For Life brand of CrossFit Facilities. We offer the best fitness program around! How do we do it? We combine a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. Here, we do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements, and they’re always varied, always changing, always producing results. Kids, cops, firefighters, soccer moms, Navy SEALS, and grandmas all do CrossFit to stay fit for life. In fact, hundreds of thousands worldwide have followed our workouts and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

Our Facilities

Fit For Life has four spacious facilities to accommodate all your fitness needs. Fit For Life Brand of CrossFit Facilities combine for over 28,000 – square-feet of training space making them Central Ohio’s best destinations for fun, fitness and friendship.

Want an expansive, well-stocked box complete with focused coaches and an open community? We’ve got it. You’ll meet all kinds of CrossFitters, each at their own level of greatness. You want sweat, blood and tears? That’s what went into building our gym—but you’ll only feel the sweat of a good burn. Come on in and meet your new WOD spot!
