CrossFit Shred is a dynamic mix of bodyweight exercises, as well as lightweight strength and high-intensity interval training. We implement methodologies from CrossFit Endurance and auxiliary movements to supplement our lifts without Olympic-style heavy weights. CrossFit Shred will push your body to the next level.
Who says adults get to have all the fun? With CrossFit Kids, kids learn the principles of mechanics, consistency, and intensity in working out. It also provides young adults with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Establishing good movements and fitness through adolescence is our goal.

Grove City Barbell Club
GCBC’s goal is to improve technical execution of Olympic and Power lifts as well as additional advanced CrossFit skills. Members can expect to snatch or clean & jerk, perform auxiliary exercises, and a variety of other drills.
